Great location, close to metro and trolley station; peaceful atmosphere on Nevsky Prospekt; charming antique interior; clean room and hotel; friendly and helpful reception staff; comfortable beds; impressive building and furniture; kind staff in restaurant and cleaning.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Good design, everything is modern and clear. An excellent location - in the historical center and near the underground station. 24-Hours shop is situated in front of the hotel.

I liked location and services

The location is perfect - right in the heart of a lively neighbourhood, surrounded by shops and cafes. The metro station is only a five-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. I especially liked the friendly staff, who were always willing to help and made me feel welcome.

While the breakfast was okay, it wasn't anything special. The coffee and tea were not very good, and the food smells from the kitchen could be noticeable in the hallways and rooms at times.

Bad shower. You have to wait for the hot water comes after you turn it on. Bad shower flush - a lot of water collected at the bottom of shower cabin. Absence of bath.

The staff is amazing. They could not find the reservation, than they found it but refused to admit that it was already payed for. Than they found the payment, but said that the breackfeast was not included in the rate. Buy 8 pm they agreed that everything was payed for. It was very annoyng.

The hotel had an excellent location, with easy access to both the subway and metro stations. There were a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms were well-furnished and clean with comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to provide good service to their guests. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the hotel room was impressive.

A few members of the staff had a somewhat intimidating demeanor, which might put off a few guests.

Value for money.

The hotel was being renovated during our stay - this was pretty annoying, and something that we were not informed about prior to our stay. The breakfeast was bad.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular eating establishments. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. One of the best features of the hotel was the clean and spacious rooms.

The breakfast provided left much to be desired. The selection was limited, and there were issues with replenishing the food promptly.

The hotel's location is amazing, just a short walk from the metro station and close to buses. It's situated in a historic area near many of the city's main attractions. My room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everything is what I need and want.

Good location. Good rooms that were regularly cleaned.

The hotel staff had to inform us in advance that the hotel building was under reconstruction. So it was not very comfortable for us to live in darkened and stuffy rooms inspite of bonuses for supper in the restaurant (the restaurant wasn't quite excellent, too). The TV channels were not properly tuned.

The ratio quality/price is very good, the rooms are nice and clean, wi- fi is free of charge and the bathroom had even a shower with jacuzzi.

Smoking should be forbidden in the restaurant! (It is very unpleasant, especially during breakfast). I used the transportation service from the airport and the price I had to pay was higher than agreed.
